Oh Lardy! This dish looks really amazing! I never think to pair pulled pork with pasta … but it looks delicious!

Yeah, I think a double batch wouldn’t last very long with my 2 – they would go through one batch in one sitting. I hope pork shoulder or butt is on sale soon!
