These are fantastic – thank you for the recipe! I’d tried several “crispy” sweet potato fries recipes, and they all turned out soggy. These are, in fact, crispy, and amazingly stay crispy for quite a while after you take them out of the oven. Even the slightly burned ones are delicious. Margaret
