I am the only one in the house that likes curry and I like it a lot, especially red Thai style. The rest of the family tolerates it when I make it. I have to make the coconut rice, so easy and sounds like it would go wonderfully with any curry. Ty sounds hilarious, I guess in Star Wars his favorite vehicle is the Tie Fighter.

I’m always willing to try! I live near Detroit now, so I have many more options. Now I just need to convince hubby to try it and I’ll be all set!

He’s a CA boy, so he’s learning to love our beautiful colors here in the fall. Nothing like ’em if you ask me!

In reply to Michelle W. I grew up in small town MI, too, Michelle! I didn't get a chance to develop the taste until I got older, but I'm figuring even small town MI can dig a good curry!

I desperately want to like curry, but growing up where I did (small town MI) there just wasn’t much opportunity to try it. Perhaps I’ll try this and see how it goes!
