This is a go to for me!! I have friends that love spicy food so I prepared it for them and they were so complimentary about it being an over the top recipe! I have fixed this with about five or six different types of fish and I have even used it on chicken and it turned out fantastic. The easiest is cod and it makes for a great fish taco with slaw over the top that has a bit of ginger and sesame in it. Thanks for such a versatile recipe.

Hi Gigi- I’m sure you can do it, but you’ll have slightly different results owing to the lack of broiler! I have not tried it, but I’m sure it’ll work.
