My brother made something just like this (perhaps the same recipe!!) for Thanksgiving a couple years ago. So delicious !!! I just ate the entire thing in 24 hours by myself !! Don’t judge me!

I hated them as a kid. My mother boiled them and they were never very appealing that way. Now, a little garlic, a little seasoning, a little bacon – and whoa momma! This recipe looks delicious. It reminds me of a dish that we ordered when we were on vacation in Charleston. I’m off to the Chinese grocery to pick up sausage!
