It’s a smoother honey Dijon. If you can’t find it, you can make your own by combining the smooth Dijon with a little honey and a tiny splash of bourbon or whiskey!

Generally I find it in one of three places in the grocery store: 1) near the pickles, 2) near the mustard/mayo/ketchup, or 3) near the seasonings. Sometimes it is sold as ‘liquid smoke seasoning’ or ‘liquid hickory seasoning’… I can even get it at the tiny grocery in town near me!
