While the directions were easy to follow, 45 minutes was way too firm of a set in my oven which I realize can happen but the custard was not nearly sweet enough in my opinion. I would probably double the sugar, and half the amount of tea if I were to try this again. This was my first attempt at creme brulee and unfortunately the custard came out stiff
