Don’t tent this. And don’t add milk, it needs to be cream if you want that classic smooth texture when baking is done. Flavors are great though!

While the directions were easy to follow, 45 minutes was way too firm of a set in my oven which I realize can happen but the custard was not nearly sweet enough in my opinion. I would probably double the sugar, and half the amount of tea if I were to try this again. This was my first attempt at creme brulee and unfortunately the custard came out stiff

Absolutely positively do not tent a creme brulee. Steam will get into the custard and curdle it. Awful.
