Could i cut the cucumbers into rounds to make pickles more suitable for adding to sandwiches or hamburgers or would that change the texture of the pickle?

In reply to Karen Agan. Hi Karen- I've never made pickled green tomatoes with this brine. I'm not sure how much brine you'd need since I haven't developed a recipe for them. Are you talking fresh pickles or are you thinking of canning them? Because this would not be a suitable brine for canning.
