Not only will I have to try jicama tacos (after I buy a mandoline), but I’ll also have to check out every single one of those pulled pork recipesā€¦ I’m guessing that the one in CAPS is your favorite. I’ve actually heard of jicama tacos before, but for some reason didn’t pursue the idea. Now I just hope my husband can deal with the idea of jicama in place of tortillas for his tacos!
