I want to try these but it isn’t spring .. would scallions work or would you recommend another type of onion?
I love radishes and sometimes feel semi- addicted to them once I start eating them…

I love radishes and have always wished I could make them crispy/crunchy. So, the recipe wins for me because I already like radishes. But they didn’t come out crispy. Brown, yes. But they were mushy.

I am not a big fan of radishes, but a neighbor gave me some. I tried this recipe and was very surprised how tasty it was!

I have radishes and find they are the best part of summer. Nothing beats a nice spicy radish. I will have to try this although it seems like a possible waste of a good crunchy radish to roast it but I will trust you.

We are a house divided. My husband digs them (snicker, snicker). I think along the lines of your friend. I would be willing to give this a try though. Roasted veggies are usually better.
