Never tried grilled lemons. Bet it makes a perfect pair with grilled zucchinis. Have to try this!

I only became a zucchini convert last summer…I need to make up lost time! :o) This will be on the menu very soon. I had a Foodie with Family food weekend….made your cola and jalapeno honey mustard pulled pork recipes and the sloppy joes. Now I have several meals prepped and in the freezer – which I love…thank you so much! I had only tried the cuban pork (many times) before and decided to try the others. We loved them all but I think my guys preferred the cuban if made to choose.

I completely agree with you about grilled lemons. I tried them for the first time recently and it’s like an entirely different world! I’d probably serve this with the turkey burgers we are having tonight. Looks so fresh and bright!
