Given that this amount of garlic is being infused in such a small amount of oil, it actually DOES impart quite a strong garlic flavour. 😀 I’d recommend giving it a try like this first and then adjusting up if you’d like. The heat involved in infusing the garlic really opens it up, though! 😀

This does not seem like enough garlic given your comments. Do you perhaps mean bulbs of garlic? Could I possibly love garlic too much?
