Louise- I’ve not worked with spelt flour much as it’s harder to come by where I live and much more expensive. I’m sorry that I don’t have an answer based in personal experience for you, but I’d say go for it! At worst, you’re out of 6 cups of flour! Please let me know how it turns out for you if you do make it!

I have a question – I am on and off again on the Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type Diet amd wheat is a no-no. Do you think spelt flour would work with this recipe? Or any of the other non-wheat flours like amaranth, rice, etc.?
