Hi Austin- As mentioned in the blog post, the dough rounds I used where frozen dinner roll dough rounds from Rhodes Breads. If you can’t find them, you could use homemade roll dough rounds.

I think that would work fine, Fino! Or you could use a nice homemade dinner roll dough recipe in place of it!

My wife started her Keto-diet two days before I made these, and I had her try the first one I made. First words after the first bite, “I hate you”
If you are at all worried about how these will turn out, DON’T BE! These are simply marvelous. The dough is a perfect consistency, crisps beautifully, and tastes amazing! Once the butter, sugar, and cinnamon join the party, its a wrap!
My only advice is to be sure you’re going to eat what you thaw. I wasn’t sure what to do with the extra dough balls I ended up with (I ended up getting started making these AFTER the kids were in bed) so I made them all and ended up with more than I could/ should eat alone. I ended up eating four by myself, and tried sealing the rest i had made in a plastic container. There was no crisp left by the next day, but they still were still tasty so I ate em anyway.
